Hosting

By using JOBMATCHER you are using an entirely web-based software solution that doesn’t need to be installed locally. In order to make it simple for you, we provide hosting and make sure that all relevant aspects of data protection and data privacy will be considered. Hosting through your internal, onsite IT is possible if you have the necessary infrastructure available to operate JOBMATCHER autonomously and safely. Services and maintenance contracts ensure that your system is always up to date.

Process support

Personnel decisions affect people. Throughout the ongoing process we are always available for you in order to have these decisions made with due diligence. To efficiently manage this process the creation of an internal clearinghouse that channels the entire communication as shown below, has proven its worth. The clearing house provides 1st level support and thus helps you to save costs.

With the bronze, silver and gold service levels, we offer three different alternatives to better meet your needs. In any case, by using JOBMATCHER as an integrated e-recruitment solution, you get a service that is available to your candidates around the clock. By completing a service level agreement, we make sure you get exactly the service that you need. The following items, among other things, are thereby included:
